Results
Staten Island, N.Y. – Stockton University started the 2025-26 indoor track & field season by competing in the Fastrack Season Opener at Ocean Breeze. The meet, which is Stockton's only one before the holidays, included a mixture of teams from all three NCAA Divisions.
Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) was the top competitor for the Ospreys. Fogg won out of 40 sprinters in the 60m (7.10 seconds) and finished third out of 50 in the long jump (7.05m).
Anthony McCullough (Hi-Nella/Sterling) was the runner-up to Fogg in the 60m, just five hundredths behind (7.10 seconds). Freshman
Kyle Greenleaf (Barnegat/Barnegat) placed second out of 46 runners in the 300m (35.22 seconds) at his first career meet.
Greenleaf also joined
Stanley Eloy (Galloway/Absegami),
Marcellus Malloy (Marlton/Cherokee) and
Darnell Cartwright (Bridgeton/Cumberland) for fourth place out of 11 teams in the 4x400 relay (3:26.85).
The 4x800 quartet of
Landon Jenter (Voorhees/Eastern Regional),
David Duran (Sicklerville/Winslow Twp.),
JackEdward Schmick (Vernon/Sussex Co. Tech) and
Patrick Storti (Cinnaminson/Cinnaminson) finished second out of six squads (8:24.46). Jenter also was seventh out of 37 runners in the 500m (1:07.51).
Brayden Cisney (Shade Gap, Pa./Southern Huntingdon) placed fourth out of 18 in the pole vault (4.10m) and
Erik Ackerman (Long Valley/West Morris Central) was fifth out of 46 in the 3000m (8:37.10). Freshman
Bryant Nelson (Millville/Millville) competed for the first time at the college level and finished seventh out of 25 in the high jump (1.85m).
Stockton's next meet will be the Gotham Cup at Ocean Breeze on January 16.
