Galloway, N.J. – Ten Stockton University track & field competitors earned All-Metro Region accolades from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2025 outdoor season. To qualify, competitors needed to post a mark that ranked in the top five in the region in an individual event or top three in a relay.

Emma Petrolia (New Milford/New Milford) topped the list with a total of three all-region honors. Petrolia qualified individually in the 400m hurdles and triple jump after breaking her own school records in both events, and she added an all-region nod in the 4x400 relay.

Petrolia ran a best time of 1:01.32 in the 400m hurdles that was good for second in the region and ninth in NCAA Division III. She will compete in the event at the NCAA Championships tomorrow. The junior ranked third in the region in the triple jump with a distance of 11.60 meters.

Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) broke her own school record in the 800m with a time of 2:07.13 that was first in the Metro and fourth nationally. The junior will compete in the 800m at the NCAA Championships on Friday.

Kass added a second all-region accolade as part of the 4x400 relay team along with Petrolia, Emma Conroy (Matawan/Matawan) and Kayla Sullivan (Manahawkin/Delaware Valley) that set a school record with a time of 3:47.57 that was second in the Metro.

Michaela Pomatto (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) was third in the Metro region in the discus with a best throw of 43.43 meters that produced her third consecutive all-region nod in the event. Maddy Valasek (Medford/Shawnee) garnered her first career all-region honor in track & field with a time of 4:33.49 in the 1500m for second in the Metro Region.

Stockton had a pair of pole vaulters earn all-region status as junior Eva Morrison (Northfield/Mainland) and freshman Sydney Rick (Pennington/Hopewell Valley) cleared 3.50 meters and 3.20 meters respectively. Their heights were good for first and fourth in the Metro Region, giving Morrison and Rick their first career all-region honors.

On the men's side, sophomore Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) earned his first two all-region honors in his first season at Stockton with leaps of 7.34 meters in the long jump and 14.54 meters in the triple jump that were first and fifth in the Metro respectively. Fogg will compete in the long jump at the NCAA Championships, entering the meet tied for 12th on the NCAA performance list.

Fellow soph Chris Griffin (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) ranked fourth in the Metro Region in the javelin with a personal best toss of 61.28 meters that earned him his first career all-region award. Griffin's throw tied for 25th on the NCAA performance list
