Palmer's versatility as a hitter and setter resulted in her being one of just 29 NCAA Division III players with multiple triple-doubles last season.
- Palmer finished second in the NJAC in points (4.24/set) and aces (0.59/set), third in hitting percentage (.282) and fourth in kills (3.36/set) last year. The right-side hitter 57th in the nation in points per set in 2024 as well.
- Senior Kate Louer is a three-time NJAC all-conference player who has been a key contributor throughout her career. Louer was eighth in the NJAC in kills (2.74/set) and ninth in points (3.22/set) last season. The outside hitter is one of the most experienced players on the team with 89 matches played, and she enters her fourth year with 833 career kills.
- Seniors Camille De La Torre and Rileigh Wilson will add to the depth and experience up front. Wilson is coming off consecutive seasons with 195 kills and a .220 hitting percentage in each. De La Torre is a reliable veteran who has played 84 matches in a Stockton uniform and always shown an ability to contribute offensively.
- Senior setter Regan Mendick will direct the offense in her fourth year as part of Stockton's two-setter rotation. Mendick finished eighth in the NJAC in assists (5.62/set) and ninth in aces (0.49/set) last year. The senior is closing in on 2,000 assists for her career.
- Junior Kristen Burton joins Mendick to give Stockton two experienced returnees at the setter position. Burton saw an increase in playing time last year and responded well, averaging 4.34 assists and 1.07 digs per set.
- Juniors McKenna Ritchie and Lauren Sommer combine to give Stockton a solid defensive duo in the back row. Ritchie has led the Ospreys in digs during both of her two seasons on the team so far, and she also has contributed 73 aces in two years. She enters her junior season with 783 career digs.
- Sommer tallied 145 digs last year and brings an average of 1.50 digs per set in 58 career matches at Stockton. Sophomore Ashley Genau returns to add depth on the backline after playing in 19 matches as a rookie.

Newcomers:
- Senior Laila Newborn is a transfer from Lincoln University who provides experience and skill at middle hitter, which is a position of need for the Ospreys this year. Newborn tallied 201 kills and 114 blocks in three seasons at Lincoln.
- Stockton has a large freshman class that provides reinforcements at all positions. Calli Miller and Alexys Bland join Newborn as newcomers at middle hitter while right side Cameron Lowe and outside hitter Olivia Magro also bolster the front row.
- Fellow rookies Naomi Neher and Maya Brainard give Stockton a quartet of setters on the roster, and freshman Helen Murray strengthens the back row as a defensive specialist.
