Lynchburg, Va. – Stockton University traveled south to Virginia for the Liberty University Open, which included teams from all three NCAA divisions. Some events at the large meet featured over 100 competitors while other events were broken up into flights.
 
Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) was the top NCAA Division III finisher in the triple jump and long jump. Fogg placed third out of 47 overall in the long jump (7.02m) and ninth out of 33 in the triple jump with an effort that ranks 20th nationally in Division III (14.22m). He also was 45th out of 118 in the 60m (7.17 seconds).
 
Conor Clifford (Monmouth Beach/CBA) was 10th out of 24 and the top Division III performer in the 1000m (2:34.78). Clifford also finished 19th out of 72 in the mile (4:25.19). Joey Addeo (Woolwich/GCIT) placed 17th out of 51 in the 3000m with a 12-second personal best (9:14.29).
 
Landon Jenter (Voorhees/Eastern Regional) placed 25th out of 78 in the 800m (2:00.46) and Shane Daley (Galloway/Absegami) was 41st out of 91 in the 400m (51.46 seconds). Anthony McCullough (Hi-Nella/Sterling) finished 57th out of 118 in the 60m (7.22 seconds) and 60th out of 109 in the 200m (23.19 seconds).
 
Members of the Stockton team who did not compete at Liberty will take part in the Moravian Hounds Indoor Classic tomorrow.
