Enalls Voted NJAC Rookie of the Year; Three Ospreys All-Conference

2/25/2026 11:21:00 AM

Galloway, N.J. – Three Stockton University women's basketball players collected accolades from the New Jersey Athletic Conference for the 2025-26 season. Freshman Zemirah Enalls (Barnegat/Barnegat) was voted NJAC Rookie of the Year and NJAC Second Team.

Senior Grace Speer (Estell Manor/ACIT) and freshman Bre Evans (Neptune/Neptune) were selected NJAC Honorable Mention. Enalls, Speer and Evans have led Stockton to 16 wins, the program's highest total since 2017-18, and an NJAC Tournament semifinal at #18 William Paterson tomorrow evening.

Enalls became just the third player in Stockton history to be named NJAC Rookie of the Year, joining Linda Long (1989) and Kelli Bakanowski (2000). The forward has had a tremendous rookie season at Stockton, leading the team in scoring (11.5 ppg), rebounding (11.3 rpg) and field goal percentage (.607).

Enalls tops the NJAC in rebounds and offensive rebounds (6.4 orpg) as well as ranking third in NCAA Division III in offensive rebounds per game and 26th in rebounds per game. She was named NJAC Rookie of the Week six times and NJAC Defensive Player of the Week twice during the regular season.

Enalls has posted 10 double-doubles in 24 games played and currently has 271 rebounds, which is the seventh highest season total in Stockton history. The freshman has pulled down at least 15 rebounds in a game eight times, including a school-record 24 caroms against Rutgers-Newark on January 31. She has scored in double figures 16 times as well.

Speer earned her third consecutive all-conference nod after NJAC Second Team last year and NJAC Honorable Mention in 2024. The forward has played in all 26 games and leads the team in blocks (1.1 bpg) as well as ranking second in rebounds (5.8 rpg) to go with averages of 8.1 points and 1.3 steals per game.

Speer sits 10th in the NJAC in blocked shots, and she is shooting a strong 81.6% (31-38) at the free throw line. She has come on strong late in the season, scoring at least 15 points in four of Stockton's last six games, highlighted by a season-high 25 points against Montclair State on February 7.

Evans, a two-time NJAC Rookie of the Week, has joined Enalls to form a dynamic freshman duo this season. The guard has started 25 of the 26 games thus far and leads the team in minutes played (33.3 mpg). Evans is tied for the team lead in steals (1.9 spg) and second on the Ospreys in scoring (10.5 ppg) and assists (2.8 spg).

Among NJAC players, Evans ranks sixth in minutes played, tied for seventh in assists and tied for eighth in steals. She has scored in double figures 14 times, with a career-high 21 markers against Rutgers-Newark on December 13.
