Staten Island, N.Y. – Stockton University returned to the Ocean Breeze Complex for the third time this season and competed in the Fastrack National Invite. Several events included over 100 competitors, primarily from NCAA Division II and Division III.
Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) competed against the meet's best in the Invitational flight, where he finished second out of 28 in the long jump (7.24m) and eighth out of 15 in the high jump with a personal best (1.95m).
Bryant Nelson (Millville/Millville) placed second out of 13 in the high jump (1.90m), sixth out of 36 in the long jump (6.28m) and 11th out of 35 in the triple jump (13.33m).
Khalil Turner (Galloway/Absegami) finished fourth in the long jump (6.34m) and
Timothy Lanblues (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) was eighth (6.23m).
Christian Jones (Manahawkin/Southern Regional) placed sixth out of 22 in the 60m hurdles (8.95 seconds) and
Anthony McCullough (Hi-Nella/Sterling) was 10th out of 93 in the 60m (7.20 seconds).
Jacob Bittle (Sicklerville/Paul VI) finished 35th out of 142 in the 200m (22.67 seconds) followed by McCullough in 36th place (22.69 seconds).
Ben Laster (Delran/Delran) placed 17th out of 54 in the shot put (13.06m) and
Conor Clifford (Monmouth Beach/CBA) was 18th out of 85 in the 800m (1:56.02).
Next weekend, Stockton will compete in the Widener Indoor Classic on February 13-14.
