Birmingham, Ala. – Stockton University junior Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) earned a First Team All-America honor with a runner-up finish in long jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday afternoon.

Fogg produced the second-best jump of his career with a distance of 7.46 meters on his sixth and final attempt to finish second out of 17 competitors at the NCAA Championships. He was edged by national champion Joshua Rivers of Wisconsin-Oshkosh by just two centimeters as Rivers won at 7.48 meters.

Fogg entered the NCAA meet ranked fourth in the nation with a school-record leap of 7.54 meters on February 21. He became an All-American for the second time, adding the First Team All-America accolade to a Second Team All-America nod in the outdoor long jump last year.

Fogg earned Stockton's first All-America award in men's indoor track & field since Edward Dennerlein in 2020. He will compete in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships tomorrow at noon.
