Certified Athletic Trainers

Jessica Spencer Bond MA, ATC, - Athletic Trainer

Spencer Bond headshotI joined Stockton's Athletic Training staff during the spring season of 2007. The best part of being at Stockton over the last 18 years has been the relationships I've formed with the students and my fellow ATs. I've truly enjoyed watching the students grow as both adults and athletes and thrive in their sports. The AT Staff at Stockton is wonderful and always go above and beyond for the care of the athletes.

Prior to working at Stockton, I was the Head Athletic Trainer for the Atlantic City Surf Minor League Baseball Organization. I also worked as an Athletic Trainer at Rider University and Pinelands Regional School District.
I graduated from William Paterson University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. I earned my Master of Arts degree In Counseling Psychology from Rider University in 2005.

I live in Absecon with my husband, James, and our children, James, Charlotte, Matthew and Lucas. I'm an Ocean City NJ native and love the boardwalk and beach, but my favorite past time is camping around the country with my family.

Jessica Giaccone, MS, ATC - Athletic Trainer

Jessica Giaccone headshotI graduated from Wesley College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and later earned a Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Lynchburg. During my time at Lynchburg, I gained hands-on experience working with Division I, Division III, and high school athletics. I began my career in 2018 as the Head Athletic Trainer at Mount Hebron High School. After several years at the high school level, I transitioned to a position as Assistant Athletic Trainer at St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2020. In 2021, I expanded my experience by working as a Physician Extender for a sport's orthopedic surgeon at Rothman Orthopedics, where I had the opportunity to work with the Philadelphia Eagles. That same year, I joined the Stockton University Athletic Training Staff as a per diem athletic trainer, and in 2025, I accepted a full-time position after gaining valuable experience within the department.
Originally from Ventnor, I enjoy long days at the beach, taking walks with my yellow lab, Oakley, and spending time with family and friends. As an athlete throughout my life, I’m excited to continue advocating for and treating athletes.

Joe Masters ATC, CSCS- Assistant Athletic Trainer

2556I’m a graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health & Physical Education and Athletic Training. My career as a Certified Athletic Trainer has taken me too many cool and exciting places. I had the opportunity to work here at Stockton back in the day. That’s when the Training Room was a closet in the basement of J-Wing.  I developed and operated the first Sports Medicine Clinic in this part of South Jersey. Atlantic Shore Sports Medicine which later became Pat Croce’s Sports Physical Therapist. I worked as an Athletic Trainer through the 90’s with The United States Olympic Committee which gave me the chance to work the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996. After the Olympics I followed Pat Croce and helped to bring the Philadelphia 76ers Basketball Team back to contention for the NBA Championship. Shaq & Kobe crushed us in the finals but what a ride!! After the Sixers years I returned back to this area, started a web based ice cream business which we took public, then I returned back to the profession of Athletic Training which is my true passion. And also back to the Richard Stockton College where it all started many moons ago. My wife Beverlee and I have lived in Somers Point, NJ since the beginning where we raised our 3 children who are now adults.

After graduating from the University of Delaware in 2011 with a BS in Athletic Training, I took a couple different positions at high schools in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Then, I was hired by Rothman Institute in 2013 and they placed me at the Atlantic County Institute of Technology (ACIT). Finally, in 2016, ACIT hired me as a full-time athletic trainer and teacher. Working for both a local high school and Stockton University has been an awesome experience that I plan to continue as long as I can. Occasionally it allows me to care for student-athletes through both high school and college, which is not a privilege many athletic trainers get.

After graduating from Stockton with my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, I was accepted to Temple University's Athletic Training Program. During my time at Temple I helped provide coverage to their Track and Field team, where I was able to work the Penn Relays. I also spent a short time with their Football and Women's Lacrosse teams. Some of my other clinical rotations were with Delran High School and Cherry Hill West High School. I started my career as an Athletic Trainer at Villanova University where I worked with many sports including XC/Track, Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball and Cheerleading. After 15 years and the birth of my daughter, I decided it was time to make a change. I was very fortunate to connect with the wonderful staff at Stockton University who allowed me to come on as a part time employee. hawn Keane, MBA, MS, ATC, CSCS - Part-Time Athletic Traine
Andrew Reichert headshotI graduated from Montclair State University with my BS in Athletic Training in December of 2020, and got licensed in April of '21. After that, I started doing per-diem work in the South Jersey area, which allowed me to try out many settings, and I am happy to say that Stockton University has allowed me to gain experience in the collegiate setting in a way that is flexible and I feel extremely supported. With Stockton University I mainly work with the Ice Hockey team, something I look forward to every time I get the chance to cover a game. After having done some part time and other per diem work while also receiving my Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration, I started working full time at ACIT beginning in August of 2024. Between ACIT and Stockton I have grown an incredibly supportive professional network that I look forward to growing in.
