Welcome, Ospreys! We're excited to support you as you prepare for your upcoming sports season.
All intercollegiate athletes are required to complete a physical through Stockton’s medical team before the start of their season. Please review the sections below based on your status as a first-year or returning athlete.
📍 Where to Go
All physicals will be conducted at:
Health Services – West Quad, Room 108
➡️ Report directly to this office at your scheduled time.
⚠️ Note: Only physicals performed by Stockton's sports medicine team are accepted. Outside physicals will not be accepted.
🆕 First-Year Athletes (Freshmen & Transfers)

If this is your first time participating in Stockton Athletics and you have not yet passed a Stockton physical, you are considered a first-year athlete.
To help you get ahead of the game, we encourage you to schedule the first part of your physical during the summer. This gives you more time to:

All first-year athletes must provide their sickle cell status before participation.
