Maddy Valasek (Medford/Shawnee) was chosen NJAC Track Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career. Valasek won the 3000m by 21 seconds with a time of 10:34.45 for Stockton Women’s Track & Field at the Oscar Moore Invitational. The junior also ran a personal-best 4:45.16 in the 1500m for seventh place out of 60 runners and third on the NJAC performance list.
