The teams went through the first half scoreless, with
Lexi Stasi (Cranbury/Princeton) registering Stockton's lone shot on goal of the match and Haynes making one save. Scranton's Erin Allen scored the only goal of the game 10 minutes into the second half on a 10-yard blast. Haynes made three more saves in the second stanza but the Stockton offense could not get going. Freshman Maireade McKeary (Cranford/Cranford) had the only shot attempt of the half, but it was off the mark and the Ospreys fell 1-0.
