Overview
Stockton Men's Track & Field competed in 11 meets during the 2023 outdoor season, including two home meets at G. Larry James Stadium. The Ospreys competed in two events at the famous Penn Relays as they built toward the two premier meets on the schedule, the NJAC Championships and All-Atlantic Region Championships in May.

Jayson Resch in his 11th year at the helm, Stockton finished fourth at the NJAC Championships and tied for 23rd at the All-Atlantic Region Championships. The squad relied on a mix of veterans and youngsters, with 12 of the team's 18 individual event wins coming from freshmen and sophomores.

Highlights
- Erik Ackerman set two school records and earned Stockton's lone event win at the NJAC Championships. Ackerman snagged an All-Region spot with a ranking of fifth in the Metro Region in the 1500m.
- Carson Latham topped the Ospreys with three individual event wins, two in the 200m and one in the 100m. Latham was part of the 4x100 relay team that set the school record, won once and ranked third in the Metro Region.
- Joseph Morales was the only Stockton competitor to earn All-Region status in two events. Morales was ranked second in the Metro in the pole vault and fifth in the long jump. The junior collected one win in the pole vault.
- Ryan Fisher won the 200m once and ran legs for one winning relay apiece in the 4x100 and 4x400. Fisher also was part of the 4x100 relay team that set the school record and ranked third in the Metro Region.
- Dontay Turner and freshman Anthony Gentile joined Latham and Fisher on the 4x100 relay team that set the school record, won once and ranked third in the Metro Region.
- Freshman Gavin Lum posted two wins in the 110m hurdles and tied for first once in the pole vault. Lum was ranked fourth in the Metro Region in the pole vault.
- Freshman Connor Wright won twice in the long jump and tied for first once in the high jump during his rookie season.
- Cooper Knorr contributed two victories in the 1500m while Horace Adams won the long jump once and tied for first in the high jump once.
- Mike Carfagno and Brandon Shymanski recorded one win in the discus and 5000m respectively.
- Joseph deBeaumont, Ian Adjangba and Davis Wittenburg joined Fisher on the 4x400 relay unit that won one race.
- Trevone Green earned two runner-up finishes in the triple jump, including the NJAC Championships, plus three third-place efforts in the jumps.
