Three Ospreys Collect All-Conference Softball Honors

Tramp Voted NJAC Pitcher of the Year

Galloway, N.J. – Three Stockton University softball players received season honors from the New Jersey Athletic Conference for the 2024 campaign. Junior Nerina Tramp (Blackwood/Highland) was voted NJAC Pitcher of the Year and NJAC First Team. Tramp became the first Osprey ever chosen NJAC Pitcher of the Year.
 
Third baseman Charli Czaczkowski (Jackson/Jackson Memorial) joined Tramp on the NJAC First Team and freshman Alexa Panagopoylos (Atco/Hammonton) earned an NJAC Second Team selection. Czaczkowski received her third straight all-conference accolade while Tramp collected her second consecutive First Team nod. The trio has led Stockton to a 23-16 record and the No. 4 seed for the NJAC Tournament.
 
Tramp developed into one of the most dominant pitchers in the NJAC this season. In conference play, the junior struck out a league-high 79 batters to go with a 7-2 record, 0.97 ERA and .197 opposing batting average plus two shutouts in 57.2 innings pitched. Tramp was chosen NJAC Pitcher of the Week once.
 
Overall, Tramp has won 13 games and leads the league with 146 strikeouts in 117 innings pitched. She has held opponents to a .223 batting average and posted a 1.74 ERA. Tramp has fanned at least six batters in 15 of her 21 appearances, highlighted by a career-high 15 strikeouts against Montclair State on March 30.
 
Czaczkowski collected her third straight all-conference honor and moved up to the NJAC First Team after a pair of Second Team kudos the last two years. The junior led the Ospreys in batting (.418), slugging percentage (.600) and RBI (12) to go with nine runs, four doubles and two homers in 18 conference games.
 
Czaczkowski has started all 39 games overall and come on strong as the season has progressed, elevating her average to .321 with 18 runs, 16 RBI, four doubles, one triple and two homers. She has 11 multi-hit games on the year.
 
Panagopoylos has had an excellent rookie season as evidenced by her .327 average with team highs of six home runs and 27 RBI as well as 14 runs and a .504 slugging percentage. The freshman currently sits second in the NJAC in home runs. Like Czaczkowski, Panagopoylos has 11 multi-hit games this year.
 
An NJAC Rookie of the Week selection once this season, Panagopoylos hit .321 and blasted two of her homers in league play. She also totaled nine RBI and six runs plus a .967 fielding percentage at first base in 18 conference games.
