Stockton Women's Basketball improved its win total from the previous year for the fourth straight full season under head coach
Devin Jefferson. Stockton's 15 victories in 2023-24 were their highest win total since 2017-18.

The Ospreys also produced their highest finish in league play since 2017-18 by placing fourth in the conference standings. Stockton was ranked eighth in the NJAC preseason coaches' poll, however they were the surprise of the league, spending a large portion of the season in first place.

Eight Stockton players saw action in 19 or more games, with five Ospreys appearing in all 26 contests. Defense was the strength of the squad as Stockton led the NJAC in rebound margin (+4.2) and finished second in scoring defense (55.7 ppg allowed), field goal percentage defense (.348) and blocked shots (4.08 bpg).

Highlights
- Emma Morrone finished her career with another season of strong all-around play, averaging 8.2 points per game while filling the stat sheet with 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game. The guard led Stockton in assists and steals while also finishing second on the team in scoring and rebounds.
- Morrone placed fourth in the NJAC in assist/turnover ratio (1.4), fifth in assists (3.5 apg) and eighth in steals (2.0 spg). She registered career highs with 17 points against William Paterson on December 9 and 10 steals against Penn State Abington on January 8, the second most in a game in program history.
- Morrone ended her career with 192 steals, which is 10th all-time at Stockton, plus 627 points, 410 rebounds and 231 assists in 80 games as an Osprey including 72 starts.
- Imene Fathi topped the squad in scoring at 11.2 points per game, sank a team-high 40 three-pointers and shot 74.4% at the free throw line (32-43). Fathi finished fifth in the NJAC in assist/turnover ratio (1.2) and sixth in assists, dishing 3.2 helpers per game.
- The point guard started 23 games, second most on the team, and scored in double figures 16 times, highlighted by a career-high 24 markers against Alvernia (11/18/23). Fathi also added 40 total steals plus 3.0 rebounds per game. Â
- Madison Dulude was a stalwart as the only Osprey to start all 26 games and the team leader in minutes played (31.8 map). Dulude led Stockton and finished seventh in the NJAC in rebounds (6.1 rpg). The senior also shot a team-high 76.6% at the line, finished second on the team in steals (1.7 spg) and averaged 7.0 points per game.
- Trina Deveney-Bethea and Grace Speer tied for ninth in the NJAC in blocked shots (0.9 bpg) followed by Skylar Fowlkes in 11th (0.8 bpg). Deveney-Bethea swatted seven shots against Rutgers-Camden (1/24/24), the most by any NJAC player in a game this year.
- Deveney-Bethea and Speer tied for the team lead in field goal percentage (.423) and each scored 7.7 points per game to go along with 5.0 rebounds per game plus 41.5% three-point shooting (17-41) for Speer and 4.9 boards per game for Deveney-Bethea.
- Speer missed early-season time due to injury but became a key player for the Ospreys once she returned to full strength. She posted her first career double-double with 15 points and 11 boards vs. William Paterson (1/27/24).
- Fowlkes showed her defensive prowess with 32 steals and 20 blocks while also averaging 5.6 points and 4.9 rebounds. The sophomore registered double-doubles in back-to-back games against Rutgers-Camden (11/29/23) and Ramapo (12/2/23), the first two of her career.
- Brianna Robinson played in 25 games including eight starts. Robinson shot 10-12 (83.3%) at the line and totaled 15 assists, 15 steals and six blocks in 14.9 minutes per game.
- Freshman Katie Rausch joined the team as a midyear transfer and contributed 19 three pointers, second on the team, in just 14 games played for the Ospreys.
- Lauren Winant missed time due to injury but averaged 18.3 minutes in her 16 games played, including seven starts. Winant provided intangibles with 3.6 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game.
