Overview
Stockton Softball produced a 24-17 overall record in 2024, finishing with at least 24 victories for the fifth time in seven full seasons under head coach
Mavreen Hering (excluding 2020-21 COVID years). Hering led Stockton to the No. 4 seed for the NJAC Tournament with a 13-5 conference record.

The Ospreys played 13 games, nearly a third of their schedule, against teams that made the NCAA Tournament. Stockton fashioned an eight-game winning streak from April 13-20 and also won 11 out of 12 games from March 14-April 7.

The Osprey pitching staff led the NJAC and finished 19th in NCAA Division III in strikeout-to-walk ratio (3.76) as well as first in the NJAC and 30th nationally in strikeouts (252). Offensively, Stockton finished third in the conference in home runs (18).

Highlights
- Nerina Tramp became the first Osprey ever to be named NJAC Pitcher of the Year and ECAC Pitcher of the Year. Tramp finished second in the NJAC in strikeouts (158), fourth in innings pitched (128) and fifth in wins (14), ERA (1.70) and opposing batting average (.218).
- Tramp also excelled on a national level, finishing 17th in NCAA Division III in strikeout-to-walk ratio (7.90), 19th in strikeouts per seven innings (8.6) and 27th in strikeouts (158). Tramp's 158 whiffs were the third highest season total in Stockton history. She struck out a career-high 15 batters against Montclair on 3/30/24.
- Charli Czaczkowski collected her third straight all-conference honor and second consecutive all-region nod after batting .330 for the season, including a torrid .387 (31-80) over her final 26 games. Czaczkowski's 38 hits included four doubles, one triple and two home runs to go with 19 runs and 17 RBI. The third baseman had 12 multi-hit games as well.
- Emily Spencer had a tremendous first season for the Ospreys, leading the team in hitting at .352 and breaking the school record for doubles (15, 2nd in NJAC). Spencer rapped 50 hits including four homers, tying for seventh in the league. Her .556 slugging percentage was fifth in the conference, and she hit safely in 34 of Stockton's 41 games.
- Alexa Panagopoylos proved to be one of the top rookies in the NJAC. Panagopoylos tied for second in the conference with seven home runs, which is also third in a season at Stockton. She batted .336 (3rd on the team), led the team with 30 RBI and registered a .538 slugging percentage, ranking eighth in the NJAC.
- Caitlin Cetrulo joined the starting lineup and had a breakout sophomore season, batting .342 (2nd on the team) with 39 hits, 22 runs, 15 RBI and seven steals. Cetrulo stroked multiple hits in a game 11 times and also topped the squad with five sacrifice bunts.
- Megan Dignam finished her career with a strong senior year in which she batted .322 and finished second on the team with 21 RBI while showing her versatility by playing four positions (1B, 2B, 3B, RF) and recording a lofty .969 fielding percentage. Dignam hit safely in 27 games and compiled a 12-game hitting streak.
- Regan Mendick and Megan Sears were solid contributors in the lineup. Sears batted .299, finished second on the team with 23 runs and tallied three home runs and 15 RBI. Two of the homers and six RBI came in a sweep of Neumann (3/21/24).
- Mendick hit .289, led the Ospreys with 11 walks, tied for second on the team in on-base percentage (.369) and strung together a team-high 23-game reached base streak.
- Freshman Aubrey Jeffers, a two-time NJAC Rookie of the Week, and solidified the infield at shortstop. Jeffers drew 10 walks, second on the team, while batting a respectable .267 with 15 runs and 13 RBI in her freshman season.
- Madison Manera continued her outstanding defensive play behind the plate in her sophomore year. Manera committed just two errors in 262 chances, finishing fifth in the NJAC in putouts (243) plus sixth in fielding percentage (.992).
- Transfers Kayla Dollard and Mia Barone bolstered the roster in their first season at Stockton. Dollard was Stockton's top pinch runner and finished seventh in the NJAC with 16 stolen bases along with scoring 15 runs. Barone won seven games and added 48 strikeouts and a 2.39 ERA in 64.1 innings pitched.
- Freshman Lexi Liquori won two games with one save, 22 strikeouts and a 2.67 ERA during 21 innings pitched in her rookie campaign. Liquori won her first career game with six strong innings against Rutgers-Camden on 4/16/24, then earned her first career save against Widener on 4/25/24.
