Galloway., N.J. – Stockton University finished third in the NJAC Championships, which were hosted by the Ospreys on the Galloway campus. Stockton placed in the top three for the sixth consecutive year.
 
Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) led the Ospreys by finishing sixth out of 90 runners with a time of 23:11.7 for six kilometers. Kass claimed an NJAC First Team spot for the third time in her career. Her time was the fastest by an Osprey in five races on the current Stockton course layout.
 
Maddy Valasek (Medford/Shawnee) joined Kass in the top 10 by placing ninth at 23:22.2 for her second career NJAC Second Team nod. Valasek posted the third fastest time by an Osprey in five races on the current Stockton course.
 
Rachel Hayes (Marlboro/St. John Vianney) joined Valasek on the NJAC Second Team by finishing 11th with a time of 23:26.9. Hayes collected her third career NJAC Second Team honor.
 
Evelynn Austin (Sparta/Pope John XXIII) was the fourth Osprey in the top 20 as she placed 16th at 23:41.8.
 
Madison Pratt (Galloway/Absegami) finished 26th overall and fifth among freshmen in the race with a time of 24:48.8
 
Stockton will run in the NCAA Metro Regionals at Dream Park in Logan Township, N.J. two weeks from now on November 15.
