Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University opened the 2025 outdoor track & field season by hosting the Stockton Invitational at G. Larry James Stadium. Seven Ospreys finished fourth or higher in an event.
Carson Latham (Bordentown/Bordentown) was the runner-up out of 47 sprinters in the 100m (10.82 seconds).
Josh Corsentino (Brick/Brick Memorial) finished third out of 18 in the 3000m (9:02.72) followed by
Dan Squicciarini (Flemington/Hunterdon Central) in fourth (9:04.95).
Andres Perez (Toms River/TR North) placed third in the pole vault (3.65m) and
Brayden Cisney (Shade Gap, Pa./Southern Huntingdon) was fourth (3.50m).
Johnathan Holden (Waretown/Southern Regional) finished fourth in the 400m hurdles (57.14 seconds) and fifth in the 110m hurdles (15.64 seconds).

Joseph deBeaumont (Blackwood/Highland),
Landon Jenter (Voorhees/Eastern Regional) and
Jason Collura (West Caldwell/Caldwell) placed fourth out of 12 teams in the 4x400 (3:29.46) and Jenter also was sixth out of 51 runners in the 800m (2:02.59).
Mike Carfagno (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) finished fifth out of 35 throwers in the shot put (13.80m) and
Kevin Lu-Chua (Brooklyn N.Y./Stuyvesant) was sixth out of 23 in the javelin.
Stockton will be home again next weekend for the Osprey Open on March 28-29.
