Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University softball teammates
Nerina Tramp (Blackwood/Highland),
Emma Coldsnow (Yorktown, Va./Tabb) and
McKenna George (Centennial, Colo./Eaglecrest) received NFCA All-Region IV honors from the
National Fastpitch Coaches Association for the 2025 softball season.
Tramp was chosen NFCA Region IV First Team, giving Stockton its 10th NFCA All-Region First Team award in program history. Coldsnow was tabbed NFCA All-Region IV Second Team and George was selected NFCA All-Region IV Third Team.
Tramp, Coldsnow and George led Stockton to a 26-15 record for the team's highest win total since 2017. Stockton tied for third in the NJAC standings with a 12-6 conference record.
Tramp, a 2024 NFCA Region IV First Team and 2023 NFCA Region IV Second Team selection, became just the second player in program history with three all-region honors (Angela Fiorentino 1997-99). The senior also became the first Osprey ever with two First Team all-region laurels.
Tramp added the all-region accolade to her second consecutive NJAC Pitcher of the Year award and third straight NJAC First Team nod. She also was named NJAC Pitcher of the Week twice during the season.
Tramp proved herself as one of the top pitchers in nation, ranking in the top 25 in NCAA Division III in eight categories. She sits fourth in WHIP (0.74), fifth in strikeout-to-walk ratio (9.19), 11th in complete games (20), 16th in shutouts (7), 17th in hits allowed per seven innings (4.34), 18th in walks allowed per seven innings (0.82), 20th in ERA (1.23) and 25th in strikeouts (147).
Tramp led the NJAC in strikeouts (147) and innings pitched (137) and ranked second in opposing batting average (.174) plus third in ERA (1.23) and tied for third in wins (14). Her seven shutouts equaled the second-highest total in program history while her 14 wins tied for fourth and her 147 strikeouts were fifth.
Tramp finished her outstanding career second in Stockton history in strikeouts (454), wins (46) and ERA (1.53) as well as third in innings pitched (442.1), tied for third in shutouts (16) and sixth in appearances (81).
Coldsnow, also an NJAC First Team selection this year, produced an excellent first season at Stockton as a transfer from Salisbury University. The junior led the NJAC in home runs (8), slugging percentage (.649), hit by pitch (18) and OPS (1.152) while also ranking fourth in the conference in on-base percentage (.503) and tied for seventh in RBI (32).
Coldsnow sits fourth in the nation in hit by pitch and sixth in hit by pitch per game (0.44). The designated player led the Ospreys in batting (.377), slugging percentage, on-base percentage, OPS, homers, RBI and hit by pitch. During the season, Coldsnow strung together a team-best reached base streak of 19 games and tied the second-highest home run total in program history.
George burst onto the scene with a terrific freshman season, for which she was voted NJAC Co-Rookie of the Year and NJAC Second Team. The centerfielder was third in the conference in stolen bases (25), tied for third in triples (5), tied for seventh in runs (32) and eighth in slugging percentage (.575).
George led Stockton in runs, triples and stolen bases and finished second behind Coldsnow in slugging percentage and RBI (28). She batted .342 with 41 hits including nine doubles and three home runs. George also tied for the team lead with 13 multi-hit games.
