Overview
Stockton Women's Indoor Track & Field competed in 12 meets during a 2024-25 season that featured the program's 10th indoor All-American honor and eight school records. The Ospreys finished third in the NJAC Championships, extending their streak of top-three finishes to 11 consecutive years. Stockton competitors won five events at the NJAC Championships.
Head coach
Claire Incantalupo led a veteran squad with 22 team members who were juniors or higher. The roster was enhanced by the addition of a few key newcomers, both freshmen and transfers. Overall, Stockton recorded eight event wins and 13 runner-up finishes. The Ospreys ranked in the top 20 nationally in three events and top six of the Metro Region in nine events.

Highlights
- Kayla Kass produced a fantastic junior season highlighted by a First Team All-American accolade after finishing sixth in the 800m at the NCAA Championships. Kass became just the second Osprey ever to be selected regional Athlete of the Year and also received the top award given for the NJAC meet.
- Kass was all-conference and all-region in three events apiece. She set school records individually in the 500m (1:17.99) and 800m (2:10.71) as well as running legs of the 4x400 (3:58.38) and distance medley relay (12:02.70) that set school marks. Kass collected two victories in the 800m and one in the DMR plus one runner-up finish in the 500m.
- Elaina Styer made a huge impact upon her arrival as a transfer. Styer was ranked fourth nationally in the pentathlon but was forced to bow out of the NCAA Championships due to an injury. The sophomore set school records in the pentathlon (3,628 points) and 60m hurdles (9.03 seconds).
- Styer earned three all-region nods, one major NJAC award and two all-conference honors. She notched one event victory and three runner-up finishes. Styer registered Stockton's top marks in the 60m hurdles, high jump, long jump and pentathlon.
- Amanda McNally provided a boost in her first season at Stockton as a fifth-year transfer. McNally set the school record in the 1000m (3:01.34) and was a member of the DMR that was ranked 20th in the nation and set the school mark (12:02.70). She helped Stockton to two relay wins and added two runner-up finishes in individual events.
- Junior Emma Petrolia continued to display her outstanding versatility by earning all-conference and all-region kudos in one track event and one field event. Petrolia ran a leg of the 4x400 that set the school record (3:58.38) and won the NJAC title in the triple jump.
- Senior Kayla Sullivan was a key cog in the relays, running legs for the 4x400 (3:58.38) and distance medley relay (12:02.70) that set school records, as well as the DMR that was ranked 20th in the nation. Sullivan, who earned two all-region and one all-conference awards, also ran the team's fastest 400m of the season (59:70).
- Junior Maddy Valasek joined Kass, McNally and Sullivan on the record-setting and 20th-ranked distance medley relay (12:02.70). Valasek helped the Ospreys to one win in the DMR and added a runner-up finish in the 3000m. She recorded Stockton's fastest times in the mile and 3000m.
- Emma Conroy was part of two relay wins and one individual runner-up finish during a junior season in which she collected two all-conference and one all-region honors in relays. Conroy was a member of the 4x400 that set the school record (3:58.38).
- Two newcomers led Stockton in the pole vault, with junior transfer Eva Morrison becoming all-region and all-conference to go with a win at the NJAC Championships and one second-place effort. Freshman Sydney Rick also was all-conference in the pole vault.
- Senior Isabella Freda was the top thrower for the Ospreys with an all-conference nod and three runner-up finishes in the weight throw.
- Marlie DiPalma and Adrienne Austin led the freshman class for Stockton. DiPalma's rookie season included all-conference and one win in the long jump. Austin joined Cameron Radcliffe, Emily Morgenstond and Isabel Duval for the school record in the 4x200 relay (1:47.74). Austin posted Stockton's fastest times in the 60m (8.13 seconds) and 200m (27.26 seconds).
