Galloway, N.J. - Stockton University finished third out of nine teams that scored in the NJAC Championships, which were held at the University of Pennsylvania's Ott Center on Saturday and Sunday. The Ospreys recorded a team score of 125 and placed in the top three for the 11th consecutive year. Stockton's weekend was highlighted by four school records and five event wins.

Elaina Styer (Estell Manor/Ocean City) dominated the pentathlon, winning all five events on the way to a school-record total that ranks second in the nation (3,628 pts.). Styer also finished second out of 11 in the high jump (1.63m).

Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) won the 800m and moved into 15th in the nation (2:12.05). Kass joined
Amanda McNally (Tabernacle/Seneca),
Emma Conroy (Matawan/Matawan) and
Maddy Valasek (Medford/Shawnee) for a school record and a win in the distance medley with a time that ranks 12th in the nation (12:09.60).

Eva Morrison (Northfield/Mainland) won the pole vault with a personal best (3.40m) and
Emma Petrolia (New Milford/New Milford) won the triple jump (11.33m). Petrolia also joined Kass, Conroy and
Kayla Sullivan (Manahawkin/Delaware Valley) for a school record and third place in the 4x400 relay (3:59.14).

Valasek finished second out of 14 in the 3000m (10:28.06) and
Isabella Freda (Verona/Verona) was second out of 20 in the weight throw (15.49m), just three centimeters behind the winner.

Freshmen
Marlie DiPalma (Hackettstown/Pope John XXIII) and
Sydney Rick (Pennington/Hopewell Valley) finished third in the long jump (5.08m) and pole vault (2.90m) respectively. Rick's height was a personal best.

The quartet of freshman
Adrienne Austin (Hainesport/Rancocas Valley),
Cameron Radcliffe (Pt. Pleasant/Pt. Pleasant Boro),
Emily Morgenstond (Rockaway/Morris Hills) and
Isabel Duval (Old Bridge/Old Bridge) set a school record and placed fifth in the 4x200 relay (1:47.74).
