Courtney Dougherty ‘10 was a four-time NJAC all-conference selection (2008 First Team, 2009 Second Team, 2006-07 Honorable Mention) who was chosen NJAC Midfielder of the Year and NSCAA First Team All-Region in 2008. 

Dougherty started all 88 games in which she played and totaled 19 goals and 15 assists for 53 career points. She led the Ospreys to four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances plus the program’s only first-place regular season NJAC finish in 2008.
