Stockton University Athletics

Jay Hurley earned 12 varsity letters at Stockton and was the captain of the track & field and cross country teams during both programs’ formative years. He set eight school records in track & field (outdoor: two-mile, three-mile, 1500m, 5000m, distance medley relay, two-mile relay; indoor: mile and two-mile).

Hurley also set four course records in cross country. He was an NCAA qualifier and three-time NJAC all-conference honoree in cross country and a two-time NJAC all-conference runner in the mile.
